Job description

Insight Global are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support one of the largest and fastest-growing technology initiatives within the organization. This program focuses on Claims Automation and AI-driven claims recommendation capabilities designed to optimize operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.

This individual will help lead a large Agile team, drive delivery excellence, and foster strong collaboration. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can effectively balance Scrum leadership with traditional project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for a large Agile delivery team of 15-20 team members.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
Track project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Maintain and optimize Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting.
Escalate and remove impediments that impact team performance.
Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices.
Communicate effectively with leadership and project stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and milestones.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid Scrum Master/PM.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Advanced Jira experience including reporting, dashboards, and workflow management.
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams of 15+ resources.
Strong budget tracking and project financial management experience.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment. * Healthcare industry experience.
Experience supporting claims processing, claims operations, or healthcare technology programs.
Experience with Clarity PPM.
Exposure to AI/ML-driven initiatives.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
