Application Programmer

This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining regulatory reporting applications for Enterprise Stress Testing Technology. The software engineer will design, code, test, debug, and document programs while working closely with business partners to define application requirements in a corporate systems architecture., * Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain regulatory reporting applications

• Design, code, test, debug, and support programs and system activities
• Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements for system applications

• 5-7 years of applicable experience in software development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with C# .NET development in new projects or significant enhancements
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with ASP.Net
• Minimum of 4 years of experience building Web Applications using CSS, HTML, ASP.Net, and Visual Studio
• Experience with SQL Server 2014 or above
• Experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a minimum degree of supervision
• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills

Desired skills:

• Experience using REST Web Services and JSON
• SCRUM Agile environment experience
• Experience working in a highly regulated and change-controlled environment
• Intermediate knowledge and skill set with database design, development and implementation
• Intermediate knowledge and skill set with Blazor web design, development and implementation
• Intermediate knowledge and skill set with unit test frameworks like Selenium or xUnit
