Dispatcher - IT Field Services

The Dispatcher is the central point of communication between our field technicians, clients, and office staff. You’ll schedule and route technicians, manage service tickets, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard., * Schedule and dispatch field technicians to job sites based on priority, location, and skill set

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians in the field
• Create, track, and close service tickets and work orders
• Communicate with clients on scheduling, arrival windows, and status updates
• Coordinate parts, materials, and equipment needed for each job
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, technician hours, and completion status
• Escalate issues to management and adjust schedules as priorities change
• Support administrative tasks related to job coordination and billing

We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven Dispatcher to coordinate our field technicians and keep projects running smoothly., * 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (IT, telecom, construction, or field-services background preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with scheduling/ticketing software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required
