Senior Inventory Data Administrator

Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, professional and skilled Senior Inventory Data Administrator at our Morgantown, KY location. This position has a direct impact on the success of our Morgantown, KY facility. This role is usually 5 days a week at our plant facility in Morgantown, Kentucky. This role is not providing relocation, local candidates only. Use your Analytical, Inventory, Data Entry and Planning knowledge to:

• Schedule, maintain, monitor and report receiving appointments to databases for incoming customer materials on a daily basis
• Gather documentation from internal customers and manually enter into the system
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules
• Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments through a manual process
• Develop and manage deadlines to meet commercial account requirements
• Enter and update inbound/outbound shipments in BEST logistics system
• Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management

This position is right for you if you have a minimum of three (3) years of previous Inventory Control or Data Entry experience or, an Associate Degree with an emphasis in accounting.
