Job description
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Dynamics professional who enjoys designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications while working with Power Platform, Azure integration services, and enterprise business applications.
You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM solutions that improve mission-critical services for our nation’s Veterans., * Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
Enterprise Integration
- Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
DocumentationContinuous Improvement
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow Microsoft development best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions., * Data migration
- ETL processes
- Azure DevOps
- Agile / Scrum
- DevOps practices supporting Dynamics 365
- Supporting CRM solutions within regulated environments
These preferred qualifications reflect the source role’s emphasis on VA experience, Azure services, data migration, DevOps, Agile, and federal CRM environments., This position offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs while expanding your Microsoft Dynamics expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
You’ll work alongside experienced architects and developers while building solutions that directly improve services for Veterans nationwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)., * Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
- Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Microsoft Dataverse

- Power Automate

- Web Services
