Job description

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee third-party vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance aligns with program requirements. The role will be responsible for vendor governance, KPI tracking, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and ongoing service performance management., * Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and strategic suppliers.

  • Establish and maintain effective vendor governance and communication cadence.
  • Track vendor KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, quality, and service performance.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and prepare status reports and dashboards.
  • Identify, track, and escalate vendor issues, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor supplier deliverables and ensure alignment with program timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and commercial commitments.
  • Support vendor escalations, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, action logs, performance reports, and governance records.
  • Partner with Program Management, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure vendor activities support overall program objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with vendor relationship management and governance.
  • Proven experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, service performance, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing vendor issues, escalations, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and vendor obligations.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience creating management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
