Job description

The Workday HRIS Analyst supports the configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Workday platform across multiple HR functional areas. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to support scalable business processes, system enhancements, reporting, and data integrity initiatives in a rapidly growing healthcare environment. This position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, workflows, payroll accuracy, organizational growth initiatives, and ongoing Workday optimization efforts., * Configure, test, and deploy updates and enhancements across Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent, and Payroll.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, reporting, system monitoring, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support operational and business needs.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and implement scalable Workday solutions and process improvements.
  • Participate in testing, security configuration, EIB uploads, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Support Workday optimization initiatives related to onboarding operations, acquisitions, process standardization, and operational scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and reduction of manual processes., * Maintain an orderly, confidential and safe work environment.

  • Adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of Workday experience in a similar analyst or configuration role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core HCM, Reporting, Benefits, Absence, etc.).

  • Experience creating and modifying reports and calculated fields using Report Writer.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.

  • Experience supporting Workday integrations or advanced reporting features.

  • Prior experience with Workday implementation or large-scale system updates.

Physical Demands and Environment:

  • Ability to present to groups and remain calm under stress.

  • Must be capable of performing the job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
