Job description
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners onsite for TTM customers

Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users both onsite for TTM customers and in store

Repairs on desktops, laptops, phones and tablets.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security measures to protect systems onsite for TTM customers

Manage network infrastructure including DNS settings, VPN connections, and load balancing

Build computers

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
Requirements
In addition, we teach youth computer skills and your ability to work with us to teach youth is needed. The organization is called BYOC Camps and Clubs. BYOC stands for Build Your Own Computer. We teach computer hardware, coding, circuitry, robotics, web design and cybersecurity. We teach on Saturdays during the school year and all week during the summer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of computer technologies and possess expertise in various technical areas such as vulnerability assessment, network installations, data backup, operating systems, cybersecurity and computer hardware. Candidate must live in the Greater Cincinnati area in Ohio., Proven experience working as a Computer Technician or a Network Technician or in a similar role

Proficiency in networking technologies including network protocols, firewalls and vpn

Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux

Knowledge of coding, specifically Python is a bonus

Knowledge and some experience with virtual machines

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Ability to work with youth and teach
