IT OA/FA specialist

Our team provides on-site IT technical support to SK Battery America employees, resolving a wide range of IT issues to help maintain a smooth working environment. We welcome applicants who want to grow in the IT field and build a long-term career with us.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

• Respond to user IT inquiries and provide help desk support

• Maintain OA/FA equipment and provide basic network support

Entry-level applicants welcome (prior experience preferred)

• Interest in IT with a strong willingness to learn

• Highly responsible and able to work independently

• Quick to learn new technologies

• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Good communication skills and teamwork

• Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes (required)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support

• Experience with OA/FA-related work

• Knowledge or experience with computers, networks, and hardware

• IT-related major or certifications preferred

• Salary increase of $1,000-$5,000 after 6 months (based on performance review)

• Additional increase of $1,000-$5,000 after 1 year (based on performance review)
