SAP ERP P2Py MM Scrum Team Member

GovSG is seeking a Navy ERP Scrum Team Member that will serve as a Procure-to-Pay (P2Py) and Material Management (MM) functional specialist. Candidate will own functional design and configuration for core MM processes, lead workshops, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional integrations in procure-to-pay. You will work within an Agile framework to support the development, migration, and sustainment of the S3ALE (Sea Services Security Assistance Logistics and Execution) program. This role is critical to integrating Foreign Military Sales (FMS) workflows with the Navy’s core SAP-based ERP system, ensuring seamless material tracking and financial compliance. This is a remote position., * Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops for requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, approvals, goods receipt, and invoice verification touchpoints.

• Configure and optimize MM processes: document types, item categories, account assignment, release strategies, pricing procedures (where in scope), output, and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using document flow and integration points with FI (Financial Accounting), IM (Inventory Management), QM (Quality Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution) as needed.
• Define functional specs for interfaces and enhancements (catalogs, supplier integrations, EDI (electronic data interchange), tax/pricing integrations); partner with RICE developers through build/test.
• Own end-to-end testing for MM scope: negative testing, authorization impacts, and volume/performance considerations.
• Support cutover and hypercare: open PO management, GR/IR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) reconciliation approach, and stabilization.

• DoD Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
• Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
• Understanding of Navy workflows and financial processes

• Familiarity with the Navy’s S3ALE effort

$128,000 - $145,000 a year 401(k), 401(k) matching, Paid time off Remote, Salary: $128,000-$145,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
