Seasonal Part-Time Data Services Specialist

• Shadow department director and team lead during onboarding.
• Follow and comply with informative training and reference materials.
• Work with director and team lead to ensure quality in information handling and output.
• Provide critical files for production process.
• Supply accurate and timely throughput work within metrics-measured parameters.
• Holistically support both upstream and downstream processes.
• Supplement partner quality assurance efforts.
• Create spreadsheets within specifications to feed a downstream process in a fast-moving environment.
• Give and receive respect to teammates in an enriching workplace.
• Give and receive feedback in a metrics-driven environment.

• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and working knowledge of Excel are required.
• Mental agility and ability to perform well at a high level in an environment where tasks are repetitive.
• This is a remote position and requires a strong self-starter with minimal need for oversight.
• Must be willing to document and share workflow information for feedback.
• Presence of mind and focus are essential as we strive to reach efficiencies based on different types of work.

• While remote, local to Nashville/Brentwood area is preferred but not required.
