Data and Reporting Analyst

The Data and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting DoorDash’s Marketplace operations by setting up new customers, ensuring data accuracy, and monitoring orders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional comfortable with remote work, rapid context switching, and adapting to new processes., * Set up new customers in the system, establishing their roles and maintaining accurate records.

• Contact customers to request and verify additional information as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer setup issues using established guidelines; collaborate with supervisor on complex problems affecting multiple processes.
• Complete requests within designated timeframes and provide timely status updates to requestors.
• Ensure accuracy, validity, and completeness of data and results.
• Create and update master data procedures as directed.
• Demonstrate understanding of how customer setup impacts downstream processes and systems.
• Monitor and manage 5-10 orders simultaneously while participating in side projects.
• Escalate technical issues encountered in production to IT and engineering teams for resolution.
• Participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and contribute to process improvements.

• Comfortable working in short sprints (1-2 weeks) with frequent context switching.
• Strong remote communication and transparency regarding workload.
• Responsive to customer needs, providing follow-up and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
• Willing to work 1-2 weekends per month., * 2.5+ years of experience in data entry and back office operations.
• Customer service skills: clear communication, responsive follow-up, issue resolution.
• Strong data validation and accuracy checking abilities.
• Ability to monitor multiple orders and handle simultaneous requests.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in logistics, customer support, or IT preferred.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to contribute to SOP updates and process improvement.
