Software Engineer - Salesforce (Remote)

We are seeking a Software Engineer - Salesforce (Remote) to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and technology solutions. This role will serve as a key technical contributor on complex projects, partnering with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure, Salesforce, and Java, along with a background in systems analysis, application development, and technical solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, test, debug, and support applications ranging from moderate to complex.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective application solutions.
• Work closely with Development, Operations, Technology, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support application integrations and evaluate complex relationships between applications, platforms, and systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional specifications, system documentation, test plans, and project assessments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and complete required debugging and testing.
• Coordinate technical tasks, project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to less experienced team members.
• Recommend new technologies, processes, and solutions to improve application performance and business operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of supported applications and the business processes they support.

• 5+ years of systems analysis and/or application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Salesforce, and Java.
• Experience designing and implementing technology or application solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience working on multiple complex projects and managing project deliverables.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
