- Provide phone and email technical support for analog instant cameras and film
- Troubleshoot camera operation, film, exposure, flash, power, and image-quality issues
- Assist customers with warranty questions and return requests
- Manage and document customer interactions in an online ticketing system
- Learn new products and troubleshooting procedures as needed
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
- Being an advocate for the multiple brands we service
Requirements
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Analog Photography Support Specialist to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with analog and instant photography and is comfortable helping customers troubleshoot camera and film-related issues by phone and online.
While analog photography knowledge is an important focus of the role, you will also be cross-trained to provide customer support for additional products as needed., * Hands-on experience with analog photography and film cameras
- Knowledge of analog instant cameras and instant film
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Comfortable learning and supporting multiple types of consumer products
- Previous support experience preferred supporting consumers by phone/email/chat.
- Zendesk or similar online ticketing system experience is a plus, but not required
