Software Engineer

Overview: Seaside Innovations is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced information systems that support national defense operations. Responsibilities: Translate technical and operational requirements into scalable IT system designs. Apply software engineering principles across system design, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Develop shared, integrated software and/or hardware solutions supporting enterprise information models. Implement industry best practices in software development, activity modeling, and performance management. Document and maintain standards for software engineering procedures and practices. Identify and construct business improvement

opportunities that align with organizational information management goals. Qualifications: 3-10 years of experience in software or systems engineering. Proficiency with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar). Experience with agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with database design, modeling, and version control systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Active TS/SCI clearance. This position is 100% On-site and In-person.

Education: BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00
