Data Analyst

· Review, clean, organize, link, and QA large administrative datasets received from Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS).

· Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate records.

· Develop reproducible workflows and documentation of processes, limitations, and assumptions.

· Produce descriptive and comparative analyses of CPS intake and screening data.

· Create data visualizations as required.

· Support preparation of reports, presentations, and executive briefings.

We are seeking a technically strong analyst who can quickly transform raw data into reliable, actionable information. Experience in child welfare is helpful but not required. Strong proficiency in Excel and/or R is required for data cleaning and manipulation, along with a keen attention to detail, documentation, and reproducible workflows., · Experience in data cleaning, validation, documentation, and data quality.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Experience working with large administrative datasets is a plus but not required.

· Up to full-time preferred in August-September 2026, likely dropping to part-time in October 2026., Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
