Systems Representative

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
• Load, configure, and diagnose controller software and field devices.
• Complete commissioning documentation, reports, and customer communications.
• Identify building efficiency improvements and provide service recommendations.

Our client, a global leader in smart buildings, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions, is seeking a Systems Representative to join their team. As a Systems Representative, you will be part of the Building Automation Services Department supporting field service, commissioning, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise which will align successfully in the organization., * Associate degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

• 1+ year of HVAC electronic/mechanical systems experience or 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facilities management systems.
• PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software applications.
• Reliable transportation and strong customer-facing communication skills.
