Client is hiring multiple Senior Infrastructure Solution Architects to support a growing enterprise infrastructure practice. This is a senior-level, customer-facing technical pre-sales role focused on designing, scoping, and positioning enterprise networking and infrastructure solutions. This is not a hands-on delivery or operations role. The primary responsibility is partnering with sales teams and customers to architect solutions, define project scope, develop SOWs and BOMs, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Candidates must possess deep enterprise networking expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to confidently lead technical conversations with customers while helping drive revenue opportunities. Onboarding Requirement
- New hires must travel to Client headquarters in Mississippi for onboarding
- Typically occurs on a Monday at 8:30 AM local time

Core Responsibilities Technical Pre-Sales Leadership
- Lead customer-facing infrastructure discovery sessions
- Support sales teams during enterprise opportunities
- Develop infrastructure solution designs and recommendations
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and project scopes
- Build Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assist with pricing and project estimation
Solution Architecture

- Data Center Infrastructure
Primarily focused on:
- Network refresh projects
- Wireless upgrades
- Switching refreshes
- Structured cabling initiatives
- Infrastructure modernization efforts
Customer Consulting
- Conduct technical workshops and assessments
- Present roadmaps and modernization strategies
- Advise customers on infrastructure planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders
Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with account executives
- Help position and sell infrastructure solutions
- Present technical value propositions
- Participate in executive briefings and customer presentations
Delivery Support
- Primarily a pre-sales role
- Limited post-sale involvement may occur for strategic projects
- Delivery experience is valuable but not the primary focus

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a CCIE-level infrastructure architect who combines deep networking expertise with strong business and communication skills. This person can confidently engage executives, assess customer environments, design practical enterprise solutions, develop scopes and pricing inputs, and help close strategic infrastructure opportunities. While technically strong, success in the role is equally dependent on consultative selling ability, customer engagement, adaptability, and the ability to build trust with clients and sales teams.
