Requirements

8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with GBD (Group Business Development) applications.
Define and execute product vision, roadmap, business priorities, and backlog.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Elevance stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
Strong understanding of healthcare insurance business processes.
Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Healthcare digital transformation and API/system integration experience preferred.
Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $40-45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation
