Product Owner - Remote / Telecommute

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
• Ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and new product capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder communication and manage competing business priorities.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Strong Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience working on healthcare GBD applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and release planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare products within Agile frameworks., * Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
• Healthcare digital transformation experience.
• API and system integration knowledge.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience supporting GBD initiatives.
• Knowledge of member and group insurance platforms.
• Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple healthcare programs.
