Job description

Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, and QA teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
Ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and new product capabilities.
Drive stakeholder communication and manage competing business priorities.
Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Strong Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization.
Hands-on experience working on healthcare GBD applications.
Strong understanding of healthcare insurance business processes.
Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and release planning.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare products within Agile frameworks., * Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
Healthcare digital transformation experience.
API and system integration knowledge.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Experience supporting GBD initiatives.
Knowledge of member and group insurance platforms.
Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple healthcare programs.

Qualification And Education:
