WarCollar has an opportunity for a Case Support Manager supporting a mission-focused contract. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong law enforcement background who can manage case workflows, support operational activities, and provide technical and administrative support across mission environments. You will coordinate case documentation, manage operational data, support system usage, and collaborate with operators, analysts, and engineers to ensure mission readiness and efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, The Case Support Manager will have a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in law enforcement and demonstrated capability in:
- Managing case files, documentation, and operational workflows
- Supporting mission operations through data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Using Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite for case management and documentation
- Providing hardware and software support to mission personnel
- Conducting basic system troubleshooting and user support
- Coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely case updates
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
