Flash Media Data Recovery Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Flash Media Data Recovery Engineer to join our team and play a key role in recovering valuable data from USB flash drives and other removable storage devices. This position involves working with advanced recovery techniques, specialized tools, and challenging cases to recover important and often irreplaceable customer data. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS PREVIOUS HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH FLASH MEDIA DATA RECOVERY AND ADVANCED RECOVERY TECHNIQUES., * Diagnose failed or corrupted flash devices such as SSD, Phone, Computers, Camera Cards, MacBooks

• Perform logical and physical data recovery.
• Create drive images and safely extract recoverable data.
• Troubleshoot file-system and storage-related problems.
• Use data recovery software and specialized hardware tools.
• Document recovery procedures and results.
• Handle customer data securely and maintain confidentiality.
• Inspect and troubleshoot USB connectors, memory chips, and related components.
• Overcome physical damaged circuit boards to gain access to data.

• Advanced computer hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Understanding of flash storage devices and common file systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work carefully with small electronic components.
• Experience with data recovery software is a plus.
• Basic electronics or soldering experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recovering data from flash storage devices, SD cards, and memory cards.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux.
• Experience with disk imaging and file-system analysis.
• Basic knowledge of NAND flash memory.
