Job description
The ERP Business Analyst is an entry-level role designed to provide broad exposure to multiple areas of our business and ERP system (Oracle Fusion Cloud). This role is intended for recent graduates who want to develop a strong foundation in enterprise systems, supply chain, finance, and operations. Analysts will rotate through different functional areas, gaining hands-on experience while supporting business teams in leveraging ERP to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making., * Learn and support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across key business areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Assist with data analysis, report building, and system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of ERP processes.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
- Provide first-line support to business users by researching issues, troubleshooting system problems, and escalating when needed.
- Assist in developing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions.
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Strong interest in enterprise systems and cross-functional business processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in team environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; prior exposure to ERP systems or SQL a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into broader ERP and business analyst responsibilities.
