Job description

Ekogreen.co is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize sustainable technology solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance software that supports eco-friendly projects, data analytics, and automation. The ideal candidate has experience with full-stack development, cloud computing, API integrations, and software architecture while maintaining a focus on clean energy solutions and environmental sustainability., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions for sustainability projects.

Work with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, and IoT integration to enhance operational efficiency.
Optimize software for high performance, security, and energy efficiency, aligning with sustainable tech standards.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, micro-services, and database systems to support company-wide applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge software solutions.
Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile software development methodologies.
Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI advancements, and sustainable software development trends.

Requirements

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.
Experience with full-stack development, including React.js, Node.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with AI-powered automation, data analytics, and blockchain technologies (preferred).
Proficiency in database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API development.
Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of green computing, low-energy software design, and environmental sustainability in tech is a plus.
