Help Desk Technician

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person requests.
• Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve help desk tickets.
• Image, configure, and support laptops, desktops, and virtual desktop environments (VDI).
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.

• At least 1 year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.

$23 - $27 an hour - Temporary, Full-time, Well-established organization in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and prior IT support experience. Full-time, temporary assignment through end of year. $23-$27/hr DOE!
