Customization I 1st Shift

If you’re passionate about making a difference, we want you to help make our products, processes, communities and each other better., The Customization team works with various members, as needed, from other areas of Johnsonville to customize products (code dating, sleeving, banding, etc.) for several domestic and international customers., * Customize store orders - Code date individual packages with dates.

• Organize customization schedule and facilitate work and coordination of production schedule duties for daily activities.
• Work on SAP - Utilize SAP reports for customer orders.
• Communicate with internal customers - Schedule orders in line with production.
• Work with a team to obtain World Class results in safety, Member development, OPE and other efficiencies
• Work with state-of-the-art technology

• Manufacturing experience in a team environment preferred., * Strong communication skills
• SAP, Excel and Microsoft word computer skills required
• Strong math skills
• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Good organizational skills
• Previous experience utilizing a forklift or pallet jack is required.
• Ability to learn and work on the customization production line to consistently maintain/improve efficiencies.
• Ability to learn how to operate labelaire, case taper, case labeler, and banding machine
• Experienced forklift operation and ability to obtain forklift certification
• Consistently meet customers’ needs and expectations
• Take ownership of own and other Members’ safety
• Able to lift 30 lbs. On a regular basis.
• Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
