As an HR/Admin Business Analyst, you will support the daily operations of our HR and administrative departments. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with recruiting, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Respond to basic employee questions and route HR-related requests appropriately
- Assist with benefits, leave documentation, and HR policy updates
- Support payroll preparation, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
- Review employee and payroll data for accuracy
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, mail, and document organization
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal tracking documents
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and office communications
- Provide general administrative support to HR and management as needed

Northern Management Group, LLC is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated HR/Admin Business Analyst to join our team. This position provides administrative support across Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, office operations, bookkeeping, and entry-level accounting functions.

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn HR and office systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office, HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative experience
- Previous marketing experience is preferred
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
- Familiarity with onboarding, benefits, or employee documentation
- Strong Excel or reporting experience, * Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
