Web Developer / Digital Technology Specialist

If the idea of helping build something meaningful excites you more than simply maintaining someone else’s website, we’d love to talk., You’ll help create and continually improve the digital platforms supporting both Alliance America and United Advisors America. You’ll work directly with company leadership and our Marketing Manager to transform ideas into websites, educational resource centers, landing pages, interactive planning tools, AI integrations, marketing automation, and whatever tomorrow’s technology brings.

Your ideas won’t disappear inside layers of corporate bureaucracy. If you have a great idea on Monday, there’s a good chance we’ll be building it by Tuesday.

Primary Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain modern websites for both organizations.

· Build landing pages, educational resource centers, calculators, and interactive planning tools.

· Maintain website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, security, and technical infrastructure.

· Implement technical SEO best practices.

· Learn and help implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

· Implement analytics, conversion tracking, and website performance monitoring.

· Integrate websites with CRM systems, appointment scheduling, email marketing platforms, APIs, and future AI technologies.

· Optimize website speed, accessibility, mobile performance, and user experience.

· Research AI tools, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies.

· Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and educational content to life.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things-not just websites, but solutions, systems, and experiences.

You enjoy learning, experimenting with AI, solving problems, and taking initiative. You don’t wait to be told what to do-you look for opportunities to make things better., · Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development.

· Experience with WordPress or another CMS.

· Experience with website hosting, domains, and basic website security.

· Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.

· Working knowledge of technical SEO.

· Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· A genuine passion for continuous learning.

Experience with AEO and GEO is a plus, but not required. We expect to learn and grow together as these technologies evolve.
