Job description

  • You love balancing Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement-and you know how to move each lever.
  • You coach teams to be their best, translating goals into standard work and visible results.
  • You collaborate naturally with sales, service, transportation, and planning to remove roadblocks., * Direct leadership of TPM teams with accountability for site performance across SQCI(E) metrics.
  • Onsite relationship management with our TPM Partner to align scope, cadence, and outcomes.
  • Budget stewardship-maintain, optimize, and report location expenses alongside the TPM Supervisor.
  • Talent development-mentor TPM staff to elevate skills and readiness.
  • Continuous improvement-identify and implement safer, higher-quality, higher-throughput practices; share best practices across locations.
  • Reporting-prepare and deliver operational performance insights on workload, resources, and trend lines for leaders and frontline teams.
  • Project delivery-deploy tools, processes, and people; drive change management; identify/mitigate risks; document processes; keep stakeholders informed.
  • Inventory control-manage controls for other pallet companies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in manufacturing/operations, including 3+ years in a manager capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; effective cross-functional partner and team leader.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment/processes and/or operations processes; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Data fluency-analyze/interpret KPIs to drive action.
  • Professional writing and technical reporting skills; clear communicator with groups and senior leaders.
  • Ability to supervise multiple groups/shifts, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with enterprise software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving strengths; solid manufacturing business acumen.
  • Ability to drive a forklift is required.
