Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer in a cross-functional software development team, you will work closely with other development team members to create exceptional software that helps our clients grow their businesses. Specifically, you will build polished application code for your team’s applications & services, iteratively improve the design and information architecture of the entire application, help your team interpret and translate designs into development ready assets and specs, and collaborate with and mentor your cross-functional team members. In addition, you will master and circulate knowledge about emerging technologies, helping us push the boundaries of what’s possible with creative solutions, while continuing to develop your skills as a key member of an agile development team.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to build and deliver custom enterprise software applications.

Accurately estimate tasks, bugs, and spikes in your domain.

Build productive internal/external working relationships.

Effectively manage risk, change, and uncertainty with support from your Team Lead, Manager and peers.

Work with your team to understand priority and urgency, while escalating blockers, delays, and cost-ballooning.

Build a solid understanding of inter-team functional dependencies and navigate appropriate communication channels for solving issues as they arise.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in CS.
-
5 years of progressive experience in software development/engineering.
-
2 years of experience using C# and .NET frameworks for building applications with enterprise design patterns.
-
Full-stack experience a must with a background in writing SQL stored procedures.

Verifiable success of performance against goals and objectives.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Strong analytical skills.
-
Experience working in Scrum Agile.
-
Experience in billing-related concepts a plus.

Minimum Salary: $111,300

Maximum Salary: $161,700
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
