Job description
The Lead Security Engineer is the senior technical resource on the internal security team. This role owns security engineering standards, leads incident response, and ensures security platforms are properly configured, integrated, and optimized to reduce risk and improve detection and response., Serve as the technical lead for security operations and incident response
Assist in investigation, containment, and remediation of severity incidents
Design, implement, and tune security controls across identity, endpoint, email, network, and SIEM platforms
Maintain and improve detection quality, response playbooks, and operational documentation
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and provide escalation leadership

Palo Alto Firewalls & SASE
Microsoft Defender
Microsoft 365 and Azure
Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools and technologies
Requirements
7-10+ years of security engineering or security operations experience
Strong incident response and remediation background
Experience designing and maintaining enterprise security controls
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
