Job description
We are hiring an IT Client Support Specialist to join a fast-paced technology support team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who is interested in expanding their technical skills and building a career in IT.
The successful candidate will provide first-line technology support to internal users through phone and live chat. You will troubleshoot basic MS applications and proprietary systems, manage multiple support interactions simultaneously, and ensure incidents are accurately documented and escalated when first-line resolution cannot be achieved. Comprehensive technical training will be provided, along with ongoing support from peers and subject matter experts., * Design and define enterprise identity architecture using PingIDM
- Build and manage identity lifecycle workflows including provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning
- Integrate identity data from HR systems, Active Directory, applications, and APIs
- Develop identity reconciliation and golden record strategies across multiple data sources
- Guide implementation teams on PingIDM configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues across enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, HR, and application teams to align IAM solutions with business needs
- Ensure IAM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term enterprise strategy
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for identity governance and data consistency initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong hands-on experience with PingIDM and/or ForgeRock IDM implementations
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and reconciliation processes
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with Active Directory, HR systems, APIs, and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of identity data modeling, identity fusion, and deduplication strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot and support enterprise IAM implementations in complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments is a plus
- Relevant IAM certifications are preferred
Benefits & conditions
