- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Assign and manage user permissions at sites, library, or item levels, ensuring appropriate access for internal and external users.
- Configure SharePoint security groups, Manage Microsoft 365 groups, and designate site admins while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization, and optimize SharePoint for speed, reliability, and user experience.
- Implement governance, compliance, and data retention policies.
- Ensure that sensitive information is protected and that the platform complies with company and legal standards.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide technical support to users.
- Apply updates, patches, and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and security standards are followed.

Requirements
Consolidated Networks Corporation (CNC) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SharePoint Administrator to join our team. This position is at Ft. Irwin, the U.S. Army National Training Center (NTC) located near Barstow, California, supporting the Warfighter Training and Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) Contract n a complex fast paced 24 x 7 DoW Army computing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication and organization skills. Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, configuration and support of a SharePoint site, ensuring its stability, security, and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, best practices, and integration with other Microsoft technologies. Candidates will support collaboration, document management, workflow automation and business operations across departments.
Required Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ certification, required
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, desired, * U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required; or in lieu of a degree, education, training, and at least five (5) years of directly related professional experience may be considered.
- Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Architecture, permissions, and governance
- Experience with PowerShell and PowerShell Scripting
- Experience with SQL Server with an understanding on how to query databases and troubleshooting at the database level.
- Understanding of networking and protocols along with security best practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online including integration with OneDrive, Teams, and Power Automate., * SharePoint Administration : 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (Preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (Preferred)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (Preferred)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
