IDR is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves leading platform selection and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems within a growing organization. It offers the chance to work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop pragmatic and scalable architecture solutions., * Lead solution architecture for key enterprise initiatives such as accounting, HR, learning, and operations systems.
- Drive platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, and vendor comparison.
- Design integration architectures that enable the core platform to interact seamlessly with other systems retained at member firms.
- Create architecture artifacts, including system diagrams, data flow models, and decision support materials.

Requirements
- Typically 7-15 years of experience across software engineering, system integration, and architecture roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing real system integrations, not just conceptual diagrams.
- Strong ability to communicate with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Background as a former developer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a build-and-scale environment with evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
