Senior Recruiter - Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion for the right candidate. You will be the face of Talent Acquisition for our Cyber Security team, which is based locally in Columbus., · Manage full lifecycle recruiting for 20-30 technical roles per week. · Source, screen, and hire top talent across roles such as: · Cyber Security · Cloud Security · Security Analytics · CyberArk · Developers, Engineers, and Managers · Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates. · Utilize ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting. · Represent the company brand and values in all candidate interactions.
