Job description

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator in support of the COMLOG & German Patriot Sustainment Program Area. This program office role is a part of the Global Patriot, Europe and Asia Programs area. In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using approved business model and management tools. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, IPTs, functional partners, and other program office teammates to ensure alignment and consistency through the portfolio. You will work through various stages of program execution including proposal development and negotiations, program startup, program execution and program closeout. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.

In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with key customer stakeholders from COMLOG, NSPA, MBDA, USG and German Partners. This customer interface and support includes domestic and international travel supporting Technical Interchange Meetings, Executive Program Reviews, customer working groups, hardware and services acceptance events, meetings with key industrial partners, customer working groups and business growth discussions.

What You Will Do

  • Support successful execution of the program; establish program cadence (battle rhythm)
  • Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries
  • Drive proposal development for new contracts; manage program-level proposal development process from proposal kickoff through contract award
  • Support the PM in partnering with customers on program scope execution and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate across all IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, digital technologies, and in-country team
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions as required
  • Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
  • Support customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required., * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
  • Experience supporting cost proposals and/or gate packages

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 12 months
  • Strong understanding of Global Trade requirements working with international partners
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
  • Experience on Patriot programs
  • Prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
