Partner with customers to understand their intermediate technical needs and provide solutions

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers

Complete intermediate preliminary design reviews for new business opportunities
-
Complete intermediate critical design reviews for new product development
-
Create and maintain engineering documentation (models, drawings, and procedures)
-
Support the sales team by providing technical information and product demonstrations
-
Process engineering change requests internally and externally
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales)
-
Engineering approver for engineering documentation reviews
-
Partner with 3rd party suppliers as needed to support product gaps
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline
-
3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a customer-facing role
-
with a Master’s degree counting as 2 years of experience
-
2 years’ experience with CAD and engineering software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX)
-
2 years’ experience in product design, including experience with complex surfaces, assemblies, and kinematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, * Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to self-manage and successfully work without supervision
- Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven proficiency with presentations and public speaking
