Social Network Analysis Control M

Job description

This is a weekend shift with the hours of 7pm - 7am, Saturday and Sunday. They would then need to get in an additional 16 hours anytime during the week. These additional 16hrs can be picked up on any shift. 1st, 2nd or 3rd., Under limited supervision, monitors BPE/TPE transactions, all environmental, security, electrical & UPS systems. Checks the network systems to ensure statewide access. Works with vendors for hw/sw. Ensure all printed output is of high quality and defect-free.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Trade school?, * Completion of either a two-year certificate/degree from a college, university, or technical school in an IT field or equivalent work experience in IT.

Experience as Computer Operator in a large Data Center.
Experience with a Network Operations Center (NOC).
Experience with Production Control.
Experience with Control-M.
Experience with TPE/BPE Manager.
Experience with security in a Data Center.
Experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in a Data Center.
Experience with electrical power in a Data Center including generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
Experience with a raised floor in a Data Center.
Experience with fire detection and fire suppression systems in a Data Center.
Experience with Change Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with Incident/Problem Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with Asset Management policies, procedures, and software.
Experience with Networks, such as LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, and SNA.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Experience with automated job schedulers.
Experience with hardware/software maintenance contracts.
Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Experience with distributed servers running AIX, LINUX, and Windows.

Preferred Qualifications Significant experience as a Computer Operations Operator in a large data center. Exp w/a Network Operations Center (NOC). Exp w/production control. Exp with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and Windows. Exp w/data center security, HVAC and electrical in a data center. Exp w/Control-M, TPE/BPE Manager., *Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited college AND 2 years of related experience
