IT Deployment Technician - Campus | North DFW area

• Support classroom technology, including smartboard setup and mirroring
• Deliver friendly, professional support to students and staff
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with district, state, and federal policies
• Occasional travel between campuses may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week (schedule varies by campus assignment, typically 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Background: Standard criminal background check with fingerprinting required, * High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 0 to 1 year of technical support experience (help desk, retail tech, or similar hands-on troubleshooting background all welcome)
• Must pass a criminal background check with fingerprinting upon hire

• Clean-cut, professional presentation for a customer-facing school environment
• 100% smoke/tobacco/vape free campus, * Do you have any experience troubleshooting basic hardware or software issues (for example: connectivity problems, device restarts, or login issues)?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation?
• Are you comfortable lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. and working in varied physical positions (standing, kneeling, crouching)?
• This is a 3-month contract role based onsite in Allen, TX. Are you available and interested on that basis?
