- Attend daily stand-up meetings (virtually and onsite) with your team to tackle issues head-on
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, with guidance from our development team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Programming, and QA teams
- Test new product features and software upgrades (and break them before our clients do)
- Advocate for customers and help shape the future of the product
- Stay organized, juggle priorities, and always follow through

- Tech-savvy with prior helpdesk or support experience is a bonus but not necessary! We train all new-hires through an extensive 3-month training program.

- Bonus points if you have a basic understanding of accounting principles
