Fitness and Workout are at the core of the Apple Watch experience. Everybody cares about battery life, but some users are pushing it to the limits with ultra marathons and more. As a power and battery life focused engineer on the Workout team, you will work across the stack; partnering closely with the rest of the Workout and Fitness engineering teams, working closely with our partner sensing teams across GNSS, heart rate, motion, and more, and working with various systems and power teams to make sure users are getting the absolute most out of their workouts without compromising the experience., The Workout team is responsible for bringing comprehensive workout experiences to life on watchOS and iOS. As an engineer on our team, your primary responsibility will be to help develop the Workout and Fitness apps and make them as efficient as possible. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
