Job description

  • Work closely with the test engineers and vendors to resolve component and board fabrication and assembly issues
  • Participate in conferences and keep abreast of industry trends
  • Actively participate with cross functional teams including design, SI, high speed characterization, DFT, and ATE test to implement effective test solutions

Requirements

  • BSEE or higher with focus on RF/communication or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in ATE board design
  • Experience working with SI/PI teams to improve performance of high frequency signals
  • Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of Cadence Allegro, SPICE, PCB impedance calculator and Perl
  • Critical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent debugging, analytical and technical writing skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background with Advantest 93k board design
  • Experience with SI/PI simulation flows and tools
  • Familiar with multilayer PCB with complex high speed digital signal routing
  • Strong capability to drive projects and finish qualified design on time

LI-Hybrid

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
