Manager, Technology Operations

As the Senior Manager, Technology Operations, you will lead and optimize technology initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role requires strategic oversight of technology strategies, program and financial management, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for enhancing performance metrics, fostering strong relationships, and guiding teams through effective decision-making and scenario planning. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing organizational strategy and operational efficiency within a dynamic and evolving technology environment. • Lead and oversee technology operations to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement technology strategies that enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial management related to technology operations, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and scenario planning to mitigate risks and support business continuity.
• Foster strong relationships across departments to influence and drive strategic initiatives.

• Extensive experience in program and financial management within technology operations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in business operations, decision making, and scenario planning to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective business collaboration and reporting.
• Demonstrated accountability and ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance team outcomes.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.

It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable., The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
