Japanese Bilingual IT System Administrator-ERP

Administer and support enterprise applications, including ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, manufacturing systems, analytics platforms, and other business-critical software solutions.

-Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings across enterprise applications.

-Monitor application availability, system performance, and operational health to minimize business disruption.

-Support ERP platforms and business modules, including finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing operations.

-Configure application workflows, approval processes, and business rules to align with operational requirements.

ERP Platforms: Hands-on administration experience with an enterprise ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, or similar). Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

-Manufacturing Systems: Experience supporting MES, manufacturing applications, production databases, or industrial software environments is a plus.

-Business Applications: Familiarity with PLM, CRM, collaboration platforms, document management systems, and business intelligence tools.

-Systems Administration: Experience supporting Windows environments, user administration, application configuration, and system troubleshooting.

-Japanese and English bilingual proficiency to support collaboration with global teams, overseas offices, vendors, and semiconductor ecosystem partners.
