DC Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, SAP

• Execute end-to-end shipping and receiving processes daily, completing all documents and system transactions.
• Perform SAP transactions for shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation).
• Prepare bills of lading and all required shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams-Sales, Customer Service, Production-and external partners-carriers and drivers-on schedules, changes, and delivery updates.
• Support truck planning, appointment setting, and shipment coordination.
• Respond to inventory inquiries and assist Customer Service with order and inventory status.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to resolve variances.
• Maintain accurate records and protect data integrity across all systems.
• Manage sample and small parcel shipments (e.g., UPS).
• Contribute to other DC tasks as assigned.

• 2-3 years of hands-on SAP experience focused on shipping, receiving, and logistics workflows.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strength in multitasking complex activities with attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication-written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
• APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certification., * Comfortable navigating SAP and other business systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.
• Organized, flexible, and adept at prioritizing in a dynamic setting.
• Relationship builder who collaborates across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and Transportation.
• Asks thoughtful questions and gathers the right information to make sound decisions.

Team & reporting

Hands-on role with no direct reports. Operates as a senior member of a small, collaborative team and partners closely with the DC Manager.
