Job description

  • Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software.
  • Set up new computer systems.
  • Analyze software and computers to identify problems.
  • Adjust computer settings to meet new standards.
  • Apply technical skills to repair computer equipment.
  • Work directly with Clients

  • Install and configure computers.
  • Troubleshoot network problems.

Requirements

We need an experienced and trusted Computer Technician to join our team, who will be responsible for conducting comprehensive computer checks, diagnosing and correcting computer problems, and offering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who can take the lead on Team Projects and work independently. Applicants should be knowledgeable about computers, computer networks, routing and firewalls, switching and connectivity. Main software suites like MS 365 and Google Worksapces., * Computer hardware: 3 years (Required)

  • IT support: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
