IT Technician

We primarily manage medical and industrial networks. The majority of our day consists of remotely helping our customers resolve tickets when they are experiencing issues. However, our employees will need to be able bodied in order to assist in structured cabling, mounting of surveillance equipment, and networking equipment.

An individual with 5-7 years of experience in IT and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems is preferred. Individuals who have previous knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches, Unifi systems, Windows Server, and general network implementation are a bonus and candidates with these qualifications will be considered over others. Individuals must have a valid Drivers License, as we typically provide company vehicles to our staff., * Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)

JC Data Solutions is a small business in Saint George, UT. We provide IT support to local medical practices with a focus on Audiology Clinics, Dental, and Surgical Centers. We also service an array of heavy industrial businesses in the mining and excavation sector.
