Job description
Part-Time JotForm Assistant
| Summitforge Strategies | Part-Time / Flexible Hours |
The Job
We’re looking for someone to help us build and maintain online forms using JotForm. No professional experience needed - we’ll train you. This is a great fit if you’re in college, comfortable on a computer, and want flexible part-time work that pays and teaches you real, useful skills (form building, basic web design, automation).
What You’ll Do
- Build and update online forms in JotForm based on what we ask for
- Test forms to make sure they work correctly on phone and desktop
- Make small formatting tweaks (text, layout, colors) inside JotForm
- Help organize and check data that comes in through the forms
- Flag anything broken or confusing so we can fix it
- Learn how to connect forms to other tools as you go
Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and picking up new software/tools quickly
- Detail-oriented - you catch typos and things that don’t look right
- Reliable and communicates well (texts/emails back, shows up when you say you will)
- Interested in tech, web design, or automation - even just casually
- No prior JotForm or coding experience required
Nice to have, not required: any exposure to HTML, CSS, or building websites.
