Pharmacy Integration & Reporting Specialist The Pharmacy Integration & Reporting Specialist manages data workflows between our Specialty Pharmacy Software and logistics platforms. This role focuses on configuring existing APIs, generating regular reports, and using modern AI tools (like no-code automation and AI assistants) to design and maintain logistics tracking dashboards. Core Responsibilities
- API Configuration: Set up and maintain standard API connections and webhooks between pharmacy software and shipping vendors.
- Dashboard Management: Build and update logistics dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track delivery metrics.
- AI Tool Utilization: Leverage accessible AI tools and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, AI assistants) to automate data cleaning and create predictive dashboard layouts.
- Data Quality Control: Monitor daily data feeds for errors, troubleshoot basic integration glitches, and clean pharmacy data.
- HIPAA Compliance: Ensure all data handling, automated workflows, and reports strictly follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient data.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or Business Analytics.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), basic SQL, and experience with dashboard software (Power BI/Tableau), Python
- AI/Automation Skills: Familiarity with prompting AI tools and using low-code workflow automation tools.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with healthcare data, pharmacy software, or logistics coordination.
