Warehouse Operations Manager (Wireless/Telecom warehouse experience required)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of the business, ensuring efficient execution across all functional areas while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and overall business performance.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in wireless, telecommunications, retail operations, logistics, or distribution who understands the complexities of supporting a large retail network.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations across the following areas , inventory control, logistics, dealer support, credit line administration, and commission management while ensuring operational efficiency, process consistency, and an outstanding experience for our dealers and internal stakeholders., * Oversee daily retail operations to support business performance and operational execution.

• Manage operational logistics, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, returns processing, and overall inventory management efficiency -
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock management.
• Oversee dealer and customer credit line administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely issue resolution.
• Manage commission administration, including validation, reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, and business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and operations staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Manage operational escalations and resolve issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Wireless Retail, Telecommunications, Operations Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
• Experience within wireless telecommunications, mobile retail, consumer electronics, or carrier environments.
• Experience managing inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.
• Experience administering customer or dealer credit lines.
• Experience managing commission programs, commission reporting, or sales operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational best practices.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, POS, or inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-site retail operations or dealer networks.
• Familiarity with inventory audits, vendor management, and operational compliance.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
